You may receive between 7–20 messages per week, depending on your active loads and service interactions.

  • Refunds are only issued if the service has not been rendered or if the cancellation falls within the required notice period.

14. Payment Terms

  • Payment for dispatch services is due within 15 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A 5% late fee will apply for every 30-day period past the due date.
